A quick self portrait, the camera is held in my left hand as far away from me as my arm would allow. The sweaty brow and slightly harassed look are because I'm just back from the gym and not in the mood for a photograph. Lighting from camera left accentuates my wrinkles and adds to the grumpy nature of the shot.

We popped to Eastry Fête today as it was a sunny afternoon. It seemed strange to see the Band playing and not to be a part of it but it was nice to be able to stroll around, have a chat and take some pictures.

Marley passed his Bronze Award at Dog Club tonight. I have to say that he did really well with his one minute sit - stay and his heel work was great. I was concerned though because barking at the Boxer and trying to hump the Golden Retiever probably didn't score us many points.

My son's Birthday today so we had Indian takeaway. The restaurant owner sent a couple of bottles of Bangla beer for him - what a nice gesture.
