Water droplets on a CD - heavily cropped as I don't have much of a macro lens. I also used a magnifying glass to help get a bit closer. Set up shot here

I love the shot, thank you for sharing the setup...I was trying to figure out what you did. At first I thought it was water dropping from a facet type thing. But after you explained the CD thing, what a great idea.

Creative is right. So, why do you want to revisit the idea? Is there something that didn't turn out like you'd planned?
Thanks all - I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
Eric - I want to have another go with more time on my side. I'd like to try with a proper macro set up, I would also like to form the droplets better and get more detail in the refraction.
