051/365

051/365 DSC_1427 No rain today and it actually felt quite Spring like. I wanted to take pictures of the primroses and snowdrops in the garden but the grass was a bit damp to kneel on! So, on a lovely dry day I improvised rain with the squirty bottle. I've posted two pictures today because I like the colours of both but can't really make my mind up which I prefer.

These are both really cool! I like the green one best but they're both fantastic!

I love number 2--the green. It is fresh and sublime! You are a wonderful photgrapher...and keep us all coming back for more! The water droplet is impossible, but you have manged quite well! Hope I get there....someday....have a teriffic weekend!

Alen,
Nice shots, are you usinga macro lens for this? Do you mind what lens and camera?

Thanks for the comments.

Lance, I used a Nikon D50 and Sigma 18-50 2.8. It is called a macro lens but only does 1:3 magnification.

Gorgeous! Think I'll vote for the amber one as my favorite...

Both great shots, but I think I also like the fresh green better. I would love to get a macro lens but I have settled for the Canon 500D close-up lens for my Nikon D60 -- can't afford the macro lens right now!
